What is your return policy?
You have 7 days to reach out to us from the time the product is received. We will take returns if we are at fault with the issue you are encountering. We do not take returns on items that are simply not wanted anymore seeing as they are hand crafted and made to order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Typically orders take 6-8 weeks to ship, custom orders may take a few days longer. Each item is hand made and made to order. We do not usually keep a stock of items seeing as they are often customized by customers. You will get an email and tracking number once your order ships. Reaching out to us multiple times during the process may delay your order, please keep that in mind. We are happy to keep you posted on any Major updates!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Please message us at HenryMonsterDesigns@gmail.com first before placing an order to we can quote you on rates!
Will your Masks fit me?
All of our Masks are sculpted large with the intent of creating them to fit most people. Our masks are Large to XL in size and will fit most people. Masks come with an adjustable Velcro strap.
What are your products made of?
ALL of our products contain Latex! Others are a combination of latex and high grade flexible polyfoam.
Are all your products wearable?
No. Only products that are specifically listed as "Masks" or "Half Masks" are wearable! Everything else is a prop.
Do you do fully custom Monsters?
We do, however this is typically preferred in an "off" season. February-October are very busy months and time is limited. We will typically take custom Monster orders in November to January. Please Contact Us for more info:
